  • BAGELS: 2, we used a multi-grain everything!
  • Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 1 tub, The Original or The Smoked :D
  • DELI MEAT: 8 slices, we used vegan!
  • TOMATO: 1, medium, cut into 1/4” slices
  • RED ONION: 6-8, thinly sliced
  • AVOCADO: 1/2, sliced
  • CHEESE: 2 slices, vegan (optional) 
  • LETTUCE: 2-4  leaves, we used romaine!


  1. TOAST bagel.
  2. SPREAD Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese thickly (the cheesier the better!) onto the bottom half of the bagel. 
  3. ADD all your yummy toppings!  
  4. TOP with the other half of the bagel & cut in half. 
  5. INDULGE in your new fave oh-so-satisfying bagel sammie!
