INGREDIENTS

  • BAGELS: 2, we used a multi-grain everything!
  • Spero Sunflower™ Cream Cheese: 1 tub, The Original or The Smoked :D
  • DELI MEAT: 8 slices, we used vegan!
  • TOMATO: 1, medium, cut into 1/4” slices
  • RED ONION: 6-8, thinly sliced
  • AVOCADO: 1/2, sliced
  • CHEESE: 2 slices, vegan (optional) 
  • LETTUCE: 2-4  leaves, we used romaine!

DO ITTT

  1. TOAST bagel.
  2. SPREAD Spero Sunflower™ Cream Cheese thickly (the cheesier the better!) onto the bottom half of the bagel. 
  3. ADD all your yummy toppings!  
  4. TOP with the other half of the bagel & cut in half. 
  5. INDULGE in your new fave oh-so-satisfying bagel sammie!
