rich, chocolatey, no-bake fudge brownies

INGREDIENTS
- SUGAR: organic powdered sugar, (or keto-friendly substitute), 3½ cups
- Spero Sunflower™ Cream Cheese: 1 tub, The Chocolate :D (or keto-friendly substitute: The Original + ½ cup of cocoa powder)
- VEGAN BUTTER: 1 cup
- COCOA POWDER: for dusting, 1 tbsp (optional)
DO ITTT
- LINE an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- HEAT the butter, sugar, & Spero Sunflower™ Cream Cheese in a large sauce pot over medium heat until the butter melts. *Don't let the mixture boil or burn!
- STIR constantly until smooth, then remove from heat.
- TRANSFER immediately to the prepared dish & chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight until set & ready to serve.
- TOP with light dusting of cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
