rich, chocolatey, no-bake fudge brownies

serves 2.


  • SUGAR: organic powdered sugar, (or keto-friendly substitute), 3½ cups 
  • Spero® Sunflower® Cheese: 1 tub, The Chocolate :D (or keto-friendly substitute: The Original + ½ cup of cocoa powder)
  • VEGAN BUTTER: 1 cup 
  • COCOA POWDER: for dusting, 1 tbsp (optional) 


  1. LINE an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 
  2. HEAT the butter, sugar, & Spero® Sunflower® Cheese in a large sauce pot over medium heat until the butter melts. *Don't let the mixture boil or burn! 
  3. STIR constantly until smooth, then remove from heat. 
  4. TRANSFER immediately to the prepared dish & chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight until set & ready to serve. 
  5. TOP with light dusting of cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
