Onion Dip Pasta Chips
Crunchy and delicious + extremely easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
PASTA CHIPS
- PASTA: 12 oz
- OLIVE OIL: 1 Tbsp
- ONION POWDER: 1/2 tsp
- ITALIAN SEASONING: 1 tsp
- GARLIC POWDER: 1/2 tsp
- SALT: 1/2 tsp
- GROUND BLACK PEPPER: 1/2 tsp
DIP
- OLIVE OIL: 1 1/2 tbsp
- CHOPPED ONION: 1 1/4 cups
- KOSHER SALT: 1/4 tsp
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese:1 tub The Herb
- PLANT-BASED MAYONNAISE: 3/4 cup
- LEMON JUICE: 1 tbsp
- GARLIC POWDER: 1/2 tsp
- GROUND WHITE PEPPER: 1/4 tsp
- KOSHER SALT: 1/2 tsp
- CHIVES: for garnish

DO ITTT
- BRING a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- COOK pasta al dente according to package directions and drain.
- TOSS the pasta with olive oil, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- SPRAY with cooking spray and air fry (in batches if needed) at 400°f for 12 to 15 minutes, tossing every 5 to 6 minutes.
- HEAT the oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add the onions and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt.
- COOK and stir until the onions are caramelized to a nice golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- REMOVE the onions from the heat and cool.
- MIX together the Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese The Herb, plant-based mayonnaise, garlic powder, white pepper, and remaining kosher salt. stir in the onions. top with chives and enjoy!
