  1. COOK rigatoni according to package instructions
  2. HEAT the oil then add the garlic and saute for 1-2 mins
  3. ADD the pumpkin puree and Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese The Herb (or The Original ) and whisk until seamlessly combined
  4. WHISK and slowly add the water until desired thickness is reached
  5. STIR in the pasta and cook until warmed through
  6. REMOVE from heat, top with the herbs and red pepper flakes and enjoy!
