PLACE in the oven and bake until the top is shiny and golden. make sure it is firm to the touch. this can take 35-45 minutes (or sometimes longer) so watch your quiches carefully. it will depend on how many you make and what kind of pan you use!
REMOVE from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
