INGREDIENTS

  • Spero Pepita Egg: 1 cup
  • TRADER JOE’S BROWNIE TRUFFLE BAKING MIX: 1 box
  • CUPCAKE BAKING SHEET: 1
  • CUPCAKE LINERS: 9


DO ITTT

  1. ADD entire box of trader joe’s brownie truffle baking mix in a mixing bowl.
  2. MEASURE out 1 cup of  Spero Pepita Egg and add to brownie mix.
  3. BLEND ingredients thoroughly with a mixer or spoon.
  4. DISTRIBUTE batter between 9 cupcake liners.
  5. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
  6. BAKE cupcake brownies for 25-30 minutes.
  7. LET cool and rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.
