delicious cozy toasts with assorted savory toppings
- BREAD: sliced, we used multigrain!
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 3 tbsp, The Original
- CUCUMBER: 1 (small), cut in thin strips
- OLIVES: 1 tbsp, sliced thinly
- SPICES: Black pepper and salt to taste
- FRESH HERBS: we used dill, parsley, & cilantro
- BREAD: sliced, we used multigrain!
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 3 tbsp, The Original
- SWEET CORN: 1/4 cup, sliced thinly
- BELL PEPPER: 1/3, chopped finely
- SPICES: Black pepper and salt to taste
- SCALLIONS: 1 tbsp, chopped
- OIL: 1 tsp, olive oil or avocado oil
- GARLIC: 1 small clove, minced
- BREAD: sliced, we used multigrain!
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 3 tbsp, The Original
- BEANS: ½ can, drained. we used butter beans!
- KALE: ½ cup
- MARINARA SAUCE: ¼ cup (optional)
- SPICES: Black pepper and salt to taste
- GARLIC: 1 small clove, minced
- DRIED MIXED HERBS: ½ tsp
- LEMON ZEST: ½ tsp
- OIL: 1 tsp, we used olive oil
POTATOES + BEET ROOT TOAST
- BREAD: sliced, we used multigrain!
- POTATO: 1 (medium), cut into cubes
- BEET ROOT: 1 (small), cut into chunks
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: ¼ cup, The Original
- MUSTARD SEEDS: ½ tsp
- CUMIN SEEDS: ½ tsp
- TURMERIC POWDER: ¼ tsp
- CURRY POWDER: ½ tsp
- CILANTRO: 1 tbsp, chopped
- CHILLY PEPPER: 1 (small), minced. we recommend chilly or serrano pepper (remove seeds if you prefer less spicy)
- SPICES: Black pepper and salt to taste
- CHILLY OIL: 1 tsp, chilly oil of your choice (optional)
- OLIVE OIL: 1 tbsp
- TOAST the bread and set it aside.
- APPLY a generous layer of Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese on the bread.
- TOP with your choice of toppings
- SPRINKLE salt and pepper to taste
- GARNISH with herbs and serve.
