INGREDIENTS
CINNAMON OATMEAL
- ROLLED OATS: ½ cup
- WATER: 1 cup
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 2 tbsp, The Original
- CINNAMON: ½ teaspoon
- SWEETENER (maple syrup or agave): 1 tbsp
CARAMELIZED BANANA
- BANANAS: 2, sliced
- MAPLE SYRUP: ⅓ cup
- COCONUT OIL: 1 tbsp
TOPPINGS
- DRIED COCONUT: 2 tbsp
- PUMPKIN SEEDS: 2 tbsp
- Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese: 2 tbsp, The Original
- GRANOLA: 2 tbsp
DO ITTT
- WHISK Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese cinnamon, & maple syrup w/ water.
- ADD to a small sauce pan & bring to a simmer.
- ADD oats & cook for approx. 5-10 minutes on low. Add more water as needed!
- ADD maple syrup & coconut oil to a pan & bring to a simmer
- ADD bananas (after approx. 30 seconds!) & cook until slightly browned, approx. 3-5 min.
- SCOOP cooked oatmeal into a bowl.
- TOP w/ caramelized bananas, whisked Spero Sunflower Cream Cheese, and all your yummy toppings.
